Mixed Martial Arts inter/advanced   

M.M.A.             

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling (both standing and on the ground). It uses various techniques from different combat sports and martial arts. 

This class is broken up into three parts

1. Striking class (kickboxing) 7pm Mondays

2. No-gi Grappling Class 7pm Wednesdays

3. Full MMA Class 7pm Fridays

This class includes instruction and sparring

1 hour 1/2 long class

GI BJJ

Kids and Adults             

GI BJJ is

1. Family BJJ Class Sat. 11 am (starts Nov. 14th)

2. Youth BJJ (Tues/Thurs 6:00pm-7:00pm) 

3. Adult GI/BJJ (Tues/Thurs. 8pm) 

 

This class includes instruction 

Peak GI required (sold in house)

1 hour long class

This class is  for ages 5-12 years old

1.  5:45 pm Wednesdays

2.  5:45 pm Fridays

Class requires specific gear and clothing (boxing gloves, kickboxing shin guards and MMA gloves) Clothing with no zippers or buttons

This class includes instruction and sparring. 1 hour long class

Fundamental        

M.M.A./ Striking  Classes                  

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling (both standing and on the ground). It uses various techniques from different combat sports and martial arts. 

These classes are perfect if you are looking to 

1. Learn new skills or for fun

2. Clean up technique or learn proper technique

Striking Fundamentals class covers the concepts of kickboxing. Tuesdays 7pm 

Fundamental MMA classes covers the concepts of both striking and ground and pound. Thursdays 7pm

1 hour long classes

Great for teens or beginner adults

Women's COmbat Conditioning       Class                  

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling (both standing and on the ground). It uses various techniques from different combat sports and martial arts. 

These classes are perfect if you are looking to 

1. Get a good workout while also learning martial arts techniques

2. Hang out with a couple of ladies for an hour

3. Have fun and try something new

4. Learn and not have to worry about sparring or injury

First class begins November 14th
