Peak MMA & Fitness focuses on MMA training including Jiu jitsu, wrestling, and muay thai kickboxing. We offer classes for kids, adults beginner and active fighters. We also offer a comprehensive strength and conditioning that incorporates all areas of fitness including strength, power, speed, agility, and coordination. This is a program written by the instructor so all students benefit from actual science and principles of fitness used to train athletes.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Michael Chupa has vast amounts of knowledge in Mixed Martial Arts and strength and conditioning. He holds a bachelors degree in Kinesiology/ Exercise science. He served in the military where he lead the Modern Army Combatives Program on FT. Bliss TX. He holds a deep appreciation for our military members and uses MMA and fitness for an outlet to help our returning heroes to adjust to civilian life. He is an active professional MMA fighter with vast amounts of fights and competition experience.

ABOUT THE OFFICE MANAGER
Cassandra Chupa holds a bachelors degree and has many years of experience with customer service and management. She also has a love for fitness and works hard to make the experience an enjoyable one for everyone.
She is currently an active competitor in kickboxing, MMA and grappling
Peak MMA & Fitness is a functional based strength and conditioning program which aims to improve human movement through correct biomechanical exercises. Our program is designed to improve and correct deficiencies or injuries while improving athletic performance. The Peak Fit program benefits all fitness levels due to its unique circuit style training which is based off the individuals intensity.
