Mixed Martial Arts     inter/advanced   

          M.M.A.             

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling (both standing and on the ground). It uses various techniques from different combat sports and martial arts. 

This class is broken up into three parts

1. Striking class (kickboxing) 7pm Mondays

2. No-gi Grappling Class 7pm Wednesdays

3. Full MMA Class 7pm Fridays

Class requires prior experience and instructor permission. 

This class includes instruction and sparring

1 hour 1/2 long class

GI BJJ

Kids and Adults             

GI BJJ is

1. Kids ages 3-5yrs old (Tues/Thurs 4:25pm-4:55pm) Family Class Sat. 9 am

2. Kids ages 5-12yrs old (Tues/Thurs 6:00pm-7:00pm) Saturday 10 am-11am

3. Adult GI/BJJ (Tues/Thurs. 11am or 8pm) Saturday 11am-12pm

 

This class includes instruction

Class requires specific gear and clothing

This class includes instruction and sparring. 1 hour long class

M.M.A. or Striking  Classes                  

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling (both standing and on the ground). It uses various techniques from different combat sports and martial arts. 

These classes are perfect if you are looking to 

1. Learn new skills or for fun

2. Clean up technique or learn proper technique

Fundamental MMA classes covers the concepts of both striking and ground and pound. Tuesdays and Thursdays 7pm

Striking Fundamentals class covers the concepts of kickboxing. Tuesdays and Thursdays 7pm 

1 hour long classes

Great for teens or beginner adults

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills. It has a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. 

1 hour long classes

No need to think about your work-outs. We create the plan, you show up and let us guide you. 

Great for ages 16 and up. All fitness levels welcome. 

Nutrition

Your fitness journey starts in the kitchen. We offer different options for nutrition. 

1. Nutrition consult includes personalized meal plan and metric tracking for 1 month

2. Made for you Meal options

3. 6 week challenge which includes fitness and accountability

4. Online training options

Peak Recovery

In House only

$5.00 each bath bomb

$30 for 2 bath bombs and 1 massage oil

Recovery is just as important. Keep your body running at its true capacity
